The fiduciaries named in your estate plan do not have authority over your Donor Advised Fund. We recommend that you name a Successor Advisor for your Donor Advised Fund to carry forward your charitable legacy. Alternatively, you may name a charity to receive the balance of your Donor Advised Fund at the end of the investment term and later change your elections with your Philanthropic Advisor after account opening.
